SHIPPING AND PAYMENT

Payment Info: We are working on adding different payment options to our website but for now we are still doing it the old fashion way: via bank transfer. After placing your order, we will email you a Proforma with a unique order reference number, payment details and the amount to be paid. As soon as your payment has been received, your order will be shipped out and the tracking number will be sent to your email. Shipping Info: Our shipping partners are DHL, TNT, BPost and PostNL. In Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg we offer free shipping for orders starting from 50€. All other countries have a shipping fee according to the weight of your parcel and, of course, the delivery address. Feel free to contact us for an estimated shipping fee to your country and address.

We will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third parties. All information provided by you will be treated with discretion. The information will not be used for other purposes besides order related affairs. The specified information will only be used in the administration of the trader. Occasionally we send out promotions (such as free entry tickets and Christmas cards), but if you wish not this, feel free to contact us through use of the comment section or by sending us an email

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Article 1 - Definitions

1.1 Contract: any agreement under which GMB Group BV delivers goods
1.2Costumer: the customer of the goods mentioned in the previous paragraph – “You”
1.3 Trader: the natural or legal person who offers products to consumers - “We”
1.4 Withdrawal period: the period within which you can exercise your right of withdrawal.
1.5 Right of withdrawal: the option for you to withdraw from the distance contract during the withdrawal period.

Article 3 - The offer

3.1 If an offer is subject to a limited period of validity or is made subject to conditions, this will explicitly be mentioned in the offer.
3.2 The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products being offered. This is sufficiently detailed to enable the consumer to make a proper assessment of the offer. If illustrations have been used, please note that these may slightly differ from the products being offered. We are not bound by obvious errors or mistakes in the offer.

Article 4 - The contract

The agreement is concluded when you place an order, either electronically or by telephone.
When you have placed an order we will also confirm the order electronically. As long as we have not made a confirmation of your order, the agreement can still be terminated.

Article 5 - Right of withdrawal

5.1 You may dissolve the contract, without specifying the reason, during a period of fourteen days. This period begins when the order has been delivered.
5.2 You must inform us immediately of your decision to use your right of withdrawal. You will find the legal form “here”. We will send you confirmation of receipt when you have informed us via electronic mail of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal.
5.3 You must return the goods to us unused and in their original packaging. This must happen immediately or at the latest 14 working days after informing us of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal. We will confirm receipt as soon as we have received the returned products.

Article 6 - Costs in case of withdrawal

6.1 If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the customer will carry the costs of returning the goods.
6.2 If you have paid a sum, we will refund this sum as quickly as possible, though at the latest within 14 days after the goods were returned, via the same means of payment as the original payment, or via other means if mutually agreed and without extra charge. The cost of the original delivery will also be refunded.

Article 7 - Price

7.1 Prices stated in offers of products include VAT.

Article 8 - Delivery

8.1 In case of advance payment we will only ship the goods after the complete amount of the proforma invoice has been received in our account, and this within 3 days after receipt of payment, unless agreed differently. Delivery will happen no later than 30 days after the contract was made.
8.2 The place of delivery is deemed to be the address that you make known to us.
8.3 The cost of delivery will be paid by the customer, unless indicated otherwise on the invoice.
8.4 In case of complaints or non-delivery, you can contact us through email.

Article 9 - Payment

9.1 As far as no other specific date has been agreed, sums payable by the customer should be paid within 14 days after the start of the withdrawal period.
9.2 In case of advance payment, the customer is unable to request the execution of the order before the advance payment has been made.
9.3 In case of non-payment, we have the statutory right to charge reasonable costs made known in advance to you. In case of non-payment by the due date, you will owe GMB Group BV interest at the statutory interest rate plus 3 percentage points.
9.4 All delivered goods will remain property of GMB Group BV until the invoice has been paid in full.

Article 10 - Customer details

10.1 All data shared with us will be used for the execution of the sales agreement.
10.2 2The information will only be shared with our partners for the sole purpose of executing the contract.
10.3 We will occasionally use your contact details to inform you of promotions or news. You will be able to unsubscribe from our newsletter.

Article 11 - Applicable law and competent courts

11.1 Any dispute with regard to the interpretation or application of the agreement falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Antwerp court.
11.2 The provisions of the contract are subject to Belgian law.
